Soon to be obtaining a BA in music and psychology from the University of Miami, Logan is from the small town of Glen St Mary, FL. Having attended Douglas Anderson School of the Arts in Jacksonville, FL for high school, Logan has performed in many various musical styles throughout his career such as jazz, classical, and pop, with a particular focus on musical theatre. Logan has attended many conferences and competitions in his career ranging from the College Band Director’s National Association Conference to the Savannah Jazz Festival. While having also been invited to attend the Jazz Education Network conference and the Midwest Clinic Conference in 2017. Some highlights include attending the Eastern Music Festival with the Stamps Brass Quintet as the chamber ensemble in residence, playing in the Highfield Philharmonic in Cape Cod, MA and Pit Orchestra for the College Light Opera Company in Cape Cod, MA and -on the psychology side -working as a research assistant for the Early Science Initiative research lab in the psychology department at UM. Now in his fourth year, Logan plans to continue playing music, but ultimately intends to eventually acquire a doctorate degree in psychology and open his own unique Psychology practice as a therapist and owner.
